As soon as you get out of the bath, remove the bath cape flat on your changing table, with the hood on the top of the mattress. Place your child in the middle of the bath cape, with their head at the level of the hood. Now all you have to do is place the hood over baby's hair to dry, then fold the sides down around their little body.

Like almost all baby accessories, you need replacements. In order to alternate between washing machines and your needs, we advise you to have at least 2 capes. A third baby bath towel can be used for the swimming pool or at the beach.

Size: what size baby bath cape?

From birth, a bathing Cape 80 x 80 cm is enough to wrap it up after getting out of the bath. This size will fit a baby from 0 to 18 months. For older children, from 2 years old, we recommend taking a larger bath towel, measuring 110 x 110cm, or a bath poncho. The size of bathroom linens should always be adapted to the size of your child, as this can vary from one child to another.

The material

A bathrobe like this comes into direct contact with babies' skin, from the first days of life. It is important to choose a natural, soft and comforting material in which baby will feel comfortable. Choose cotton terrycloth, which is a natural material, pleasant to the touch and which quickly absorbs small drops of water.

Oeko-Tex certification

Children have sensitive skin. We do not want to expose them to fabrics that have been chemically treated. For this, always choose Oeko-Tex certified materials. This guarantees that no harmful substances have been added during the fabric manufacturing process.
