The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order. Go directly to your personal space, in the Return of goods tab.

Complete the returns form.

Customer service will get back to you as soon as possible and tell you what steps to follow.

If the return conditions* are respected, customer service will come back to you with your choice of a Return label for which you will be charged €9, or you can return the order to us yourself.

You can drop off your return package at a post office. You can also send us your return request by e-mail to the following address: contact@milinane.com, indicating your order number.

Humans work behind your controls, so errors can sometimes happen...

If this is the case, contact our customer service at the following address: contact@milinane.com indicating the error, your order number as well as photos of the items received. We will get back to you quickly.

Delivery times to mainland France are:

2 to 3 working days for Colissimo, and 3 to 6 working days for Mondial Relay

If your order has not yet been shipped, we invite you to quickly send us an email to the following address: contact@milinane.com providing us with the correct address.

However, if the package has already been shipped, we are no longer able to make changes. If the address does not exist, the package will be returned to us due to an incorrect address. A return fee of €9 will be deducted from your refund.
