The delivery
Orders placed online via the milinane.com site are collected every day from Monday to Friday, except public holidays and during vacation periods.
- Each order placed before 11 a.m. is generally shipped the same day with Colissimo.
- Each order placed with the carrier Mondial Relay is generally shipped within 2 working days.
- Each order placed before 12 p.m., with Fast Delivery, is shipped the same day with one of our UPS, TNT or FEDEX transports.
Upon receipt of the shipping confirmation email, the Customer can take into account the delivery times of the carriers announced below.
Milinane informs its Customers that these shipping times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
An email is automatically sent to the Customer when the Products are shipped.
Transport times depend on the carrier chosen by the Customer and the place of delivery. Milinane informs Customers of the deadlines announced to it by the chosen carrier. The announced deadlines do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
In France :
Delivery by Colissimo Domicile (deadline usually observed from 48 hours to 72 hours)
This delivery method allows the Customer to receive their package within 72 hours from dispatch thanks to the Post Office (excluding order processing and preparation time). Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday morning, except public holidays.
The package is picked up by the Post Office and delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer. In the event of absence during delivery, a delivery notice is left at the delivery address indicated by the Customer, which allows the latter to collect their package from the nearest post office. Packages are held at the Post Office for 15 calendar days. In the event of non-collection within the time limit set by the carrier, the products will be returned to MILINANE which will reimburse the price of the product(s) in the order.
Delivery by Colissimo to collection point (usually 5 days)
This delivery method allows the customer to receive their package at the Relais Colis La Poste nearest to them within 3 to 5 days from Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays. Orders placed from Friday afternoon to Sunday inclusive will be shipped from Monday afternoon. The customer is notified by email as soon as the package arrives at the chosen relay point. The package remains available to the customer for 14 calendar days. If the package is not collected within the specified time frame, the package will be returned to MILINANE which will reimburse the price of the product(s) in the order.
Delivery by Mondial Relay (usually 5 days)
This delivery method allows the customer to receive their package in the Mondial Relay chosen when ordering, within 3 to 5 days.
Orders placed from Friday afternoon to Monday inclusive will be shipped from Tuesday afternoon. The customer is notified by email and/or SMS as soon as the package arrives at the chosen relay point. The package remains available to the customer for 14 calendar days. In the event of non-collection within the allotted time frame, the package will be returned to MILINANE which will reimburse the price of the product(s) in the order. To collect your order from Mondial Relay, a valid ID will be required.
Fast delivery (24h to 48h)
This delivery method allows the customer to receive their package within 24 to 48 hours from the order (excluding weekends and public holidays). We work with the following service providers: TNT, UPS or DHL. For any order placed before 12 p.m., your package will be delivered to the delivery service the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday morning, except public holidays. The package is delivered against signature to the delivery address indicated by the Customer. The Customer must ensure that when ordering the access conditions of the place of delivery (code, building, floor, door, etc.), as well as a telephone number where the customer can be easily reached. In the event of absence, the delivery person leaves a calling notice indicating his next visit. The Customer can call the carrier's customer service to set a new delivery date. After 3 unsuccessful visits to the delivery address, the package is automatically returned to Milinane, who will reimburse the price of the product(s) in the order.
Outside mainland France:
Delivery to European countries and abroad is carried out by Colissimo. The costs incurred depend on the country of destination, weight and total volume of the selected items. The costs and deadlines are indicated to the Customer before the final validation of his order.
Orders to countries outside the European Union are not subject to French VAT. However, they are subject to possible taxes and customs fees in the country of destination. These costs and the related formalities are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. They must be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.
In the event of force majeure, SARL MILINANE cannot be held responsible for the delays caused. Are considered cases of force majeure, in addition to those usually retained by the jurisprudence of French courts and tribunals, total or partial strikes, internal or external to the company, blockage of means of transport or supply for any reason whatsoever. , government or legal restrictions, computer failures, blocking of telecommunications including networks and in particular the Internet) or exceptional events (natural disaster, epidemic, strikes, lockouts, etc.) delaying or prohibiting the delivery of the goods.
Transportation costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on
- The weight of the package
- From the destination
- The chosen delivery method
These transport costs are definitively confirmed before final validation of the order.
The returns
How to make a return?
The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order.
- Go directly to the site, in your personal space, in the Return of goods tab.
- Complete the returns form.
- Customer service will get back to you as soon as possible and tell you what steps to follow.
- If the return conditions* are respected, customer service will come back to you with your choice of a Return label for which you will be charged €9, or you can return the order to us on your own.
- You can drop off your return package at a post office.

*Conditions to be respected for a return to be made:
In order to benefit from a refund of your order, the returned products must be intact, in perfect resalable condition, in their original packaging. They must not have been worn or used, nor have suffered any deterioration, however minimal, and in a perfectly clean state. Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging is damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.
If you return the order by your own means, be sure to choose registered shipping or with additional insurance.
If you are provided with a return label, a return fee of €9 will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
This return is carried out at the Customer's risk. It will be the customer's responsibility to keep all proof of return.
You will receive an email upon receipt of your package by the Milinane team, informing you that the package is in our hands and that reimbursement is in progress.
Reimbursement of gift wrapping
Gift packaging selected in the order cannot be refunded.
How to make an exchange?
It is not possible to make an exchange on our site milinane.com. If you want another item from our site, the procedure to follow is the same as to make a return.
After returning your return, then receiving your refund, you will need to reorder on the milinane.com website.
What should I do if my package has been returned to you?
In the event of a return from the collection point (if you have not collected your parcel on time at the collection point), or if the parcel was refused by the recipient, the return costs of €9 will be deducted from the amount which you will be refunded.
In the event of an error in the delivery address, a return fee of €9 will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
