Milinane products
All of our products are manufactured with the greatest care in a family business in the heart of Portugal
We choose the finest qualities of cotton for our babies. Our luggage accessories are made from cotton canvas and our linens from cotton muslin or very soft percale. Because the well-being of our little ones matters to us, our accessories are Oeko-Tex standard 100 certified. For the padding, Milinane uses polyester wadding guaranteeing flexibility and comfort for baby accessories.
For baby clothes, we use organic and GOTS certified cotton jersey.
Our baby clothes are made from GOTS certified organic cotton.
The fabrics of our accessories are made from Oeko-Tex certified cotton to protect the sensitive skin of our little ones.
Designed in a natural material, our products are easy to maintain. They are machine washable at 30° and keep their softness wash after wash.
To preserve the pretty colors of your accessories, add an anti-fading wipe when machine washing.
We recommend washing before first use, only for items in direct contact with baby's skin (clothing, diapers, bibs, etc.).
When an item is out of stock, click on the “Notify me when product is available” button on the product sheet. You will then receive an automatic email as soon as it is back in stock. If you would like to have a specific date, contact customer service who will be happy to answer you
Payment

So that you can place your orders with complete confidence on the Milinane website, we have chosen the savings bank as our partner with its secure payment interface. We guarantee that our site www.milinane.com does not collect your banking data at any time, these are encrypted by a security system (SSL).
First, please check the information entered on the Milinane website. If the problem persists, we invite you to contact your bank to find out if a possible threshold would block your payment. If the problem does not come from your bank account, try another payment method or contact our customer service: contact@milinane.com.
Simply enter the code you received by email in the “promo code” box in your basket.
When an order has been placed, you can obtain your invoice by logging into the “My account” section then in “Order history and details”.
The delivery
Delivery times to mainland France are:

If your order has not yet been shipped, we invite you to quickly send us an email to the following address: contact@milinane.com providing us with the correct address.
However, if the package has already been shipped, it will be returned to us by post due to an incorrect address. A return fee of €9 will be deducted from your refund.

If the delivery time has passed and you still have not received your order, we invite you to consult your tracking number. If you see that your package has been blocked for certain days, contact us by email at contact@milinane.com so that we can make a claim if necessary.
We offer different delivery methods depending on the country: Mondial Relay, Colissimo, TNT and Fedex.
Shipping costs are free from 100€ of purchase, in mainland France.
Returns and Refunds
The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order. Go directly to the site, in your personal space, in the Return of goods tab.
Complete the returns form.
Customer service will get back to you as soon as possible and tell you what steps to follow.
If the return conditions* are respected, customer service will come back to you with a choice of a return label which will cost you €9, or you can return the order to us yourself.
You can drop off your return package at a post office. You can also send us your return request by e-mail to the following address: contact@milinane.com, indicating your order number.
You will receive your refund within 14 days of your request. This period may be extended if we have not yet received your return package.
