THE “GOTS” ORGANIC LABEL, MY GRAIL!
For months I have been working to obtain the very renowned and very reliable GOTS organic label. He has been my holy grail since Milinane existed. Unfortunately, even if the cotton that we carefully select is organic cotton, GOTS certified, Milinane cannot claim to claim this label. On my own, I am not going to adjust the manufacturing processes of my love manufacturer, nor even bring him the cotton on my horse's back! The creations will remain OEKO-TEX for the moment. This Oeko-Tex certification guarantees a raw material without products harmful to our babies.
QUALITY AS A WORKHORSE
But then why absolutely want this label you ask me? In the logic of the Milinane brand, the GOTS organic label helps to give the brand irrefutable proof that the confections dedicated to our babies are healthy and adapted to their sensitivities. It is also an opportunity to show you that Milinane is not only a creator of “trendy & decorative” childcare objects. » It also proves that there is a demanding quality approach that is consistent with my deep convictions. I sincerely think that choosing objects and materials that are pretty, well finished and well manufactured help to make them durable. Every detail counts, from the choice of yarn, to weaving, to usage and maintenance tests. So no compromise to get closer to perfection!
THE LIFE OF A FRENCH DESIGNER BRAND
After all this time spent, I realize that certain labels are difficult to achieve for a designer brand, unless you question the fundamental principles. Far from me, the desire to leave my beloved Portuguese supplier and entrust the “Milinane spirit” to others, in much more distant lands!!! A blessing in disguise perhaps? This experience allowed me to question and confirm the brand's “quality commitments”. Milinane's choices remain the right ones for our little ones. For me, Milinane is rich in this mix of skills, duly selected with care. This is felt when we touch our material, when we use our products, when we choose beautiful and well-made products for our babies!
